This place has a great central location close to everything, with very friendly and helpful staff and a good bar for breakfasts.

The staff were extremely helpful. The location was excellent, close to cafes, transport, Old Town centre and shopping. We felt totally safe at all times.We could walk easily to most places. The cafe next door for optional breakfast became a home from home.
The noise outside at night meant we kept the windows closed. This was fine as the weather wasn't particularly hot but could be an issue in hotter weather.

By and large, it was well-organized place with excellent staff on reception desk. The location was nice and magnificent, walking distance to a train station and easy to find. Plus the hotel was walking distance to restaurants and bars.

The room was spotless - both bedroom and bathroom. Free wi-fi.The hotel is a 15 min walk from the Cathedral, but also near the University south Campus. Great value for money.
You can hear everything from one bedroom to the next - conversations, the tv... The air conditioning is controlled from the reception. If you want to change the temperature you need to call them.

That is was not central Santiago. Off the beaten path, but close to very good restaurants, the airport bus and the train station.

The café offers a great variety of breakfast options. We received an upgrade to a beautifully decorated and peaceful guest room with comfortable beds, which was a nice surprise. - the location is convenient, with shops nearby.

The Mexico PR was within walking distance of the Cathedral and surrounding historic area. It was modern and the rooms were nicely presented, clean and comfortable. The cost of the rooms was very reasonable
